Obituary of Michael Ray Sloan, II

Michael Ray Sloan, II, age 48, of Alum Creek, WV, died Monday, September 30, 2024, at Holbrook Healthcare Center in Buckhannon, WV. He was born May 9, 1976, in Charleston, WV, a son of Michael Sloan. Surviving are two sons, Michael Sloan, III and wife Chelsea of Buckhannon and Marshall Sloan and companion Karley Morris of Charleston; two grandsons, Zeke Sloan of Charleston and Maverick Sloan of Buckhannon; one sister, Kimberly Sloan and close friend, Wesley Kirk. He was preceded in death by his friend, Eddie Parsons. Mr. Sloan was an abatement worker. In his spare time, he loved his trucks, riding four-wheelers, and watching TV. Michael was proud of his sons and loved being a father and grandfather. In honoring, Mr. Sloan’s wishes, he will be cremated. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.polingstclair.com.
